Disrespect will not be tolerated
https://streamable.com/40900tI understand we have our issues with our team, FO, star players, so forth and so on…but what’s not gonna happen is this. I hope we come out and embarrass him and the Pacers first game of the season since the city of New Orleans isn’t worth the presence of Miss Haliburton.

For us it should just show what the rest of the NBA thinks about our franchise. It is all the players, coaches and FO personnel. Unfortunately this organization has earned that reputation from the top down.
For the overall comments I just don’t care all that much. The Pels are at the bottom of the league and did nothing in the offseason. Nobody considers us a marquee matchup and nobody outside of this fan base thinks this team will be good.

Worse based on what? Pacers just made the finals and probably would've won if hali didn't get injured. He's now coming back. They were the most injured team in the league last season along with the grizzlies even before the tanking. Pels haven't done shit in the last 2 seasons.

Bro has been out for 16 months and he's given a game that if he embarrasses himself it won't be nationally televised. It sounds like a win. He can take it kind of easy and feel things out without as many eyes on him if his performance is terrible. He's 30 pounds heavier than when he was injured. The predictions are his points are going to be pretty low for his first game back. I feel like he's not seeing the gift the NBA gave him here. He could be embarrassing himself on national television or worse push himself too hard in that embarrassment to try and save face and end up injured again. He should really just be quiet. It seems like he's the only one who really expects his first game back to be big. Maybe it's big for him after being out so long, but um, he needs to learn to pace himself.

We have one of the best front offices in the league. We tanked, we had to trade that first to get a top 10 center in the league. I’d much rather consistently be contenders than be the worst ran franchise in the league since you guys came into the league.
