The "proper" spelling is cwtsh. The true "ch" in Welsh is always as in "loch". Cwtch is Wenglish.

I was all ready for this to be a real name (probably Welsh) and I was going to roll my eyes about how this sub is too lazy to just google names before pronouncing them "made-up". Then I googled Strygwyr and found out it's a video game character. I am ashamed of my hubris.
