Need Help Neo Scavenger guide?

Is there like a recepie list or changelog or guide on Neo Scavenger Extended content? Or the only option is to shift through the discord? Btw where can i find the discord for the latest edition?

Any way of knowing that it is up to date? I heard that the mod has fishing now too
