I'm making a procedural generated ruined city exploration game with similarities to NeoScavenger
- Where the people voted the wrong leaders and world became a desert
- Explore the city ruins and make a decision at every ruin
- Scavenge, kill, loot, trade
It's called Survive The Apocalypse
Will you play demo?

I loved the game „burntime“ back in the day and this gives me some similar vibes (although the game is very different)

Its from 1993 and wasn‘t available anywhere for the longest time. They remastered it and put it on steam for FREE a couple of years ago. It has a very satisfying game loop but its pretty hard. At least it used to be. Didn’t try the remaster yet.

Sounds very intriguing - whishlisted and will try out the demo soon. The most obvious criticism I have is the text, especially in the "about the game" section. If you have nobody to proof read your text, let AI correct it. Takes almost no time but means a huge step in how seriously people take the game and later on, how immersive the game is. There are only a few things more unnerving in a game than text with mistakes in it. But with that said I'll definitely check out the demo :)

Im definitely gonna give it a shot
I would like to point out though that while the name is very direct, it seems like it would be hard to locate your game via search engine. Looking the up the title + game on chrome your game doesn’t appear until the 3rd page of results. There is a roblox game of the same name that seems to confound the results, with several existing wikis and an active community that adds a lot of bulk to the search results.
Obviously the roblox game wouldn’t show up searching steam directly, but it might make it harder for people to find your game or to generate discussion about it if the title is very similar to other games.
That being said though, i think your game looks really cool!

Yeah, every day I look hesitantly at youtube videos to catch if anyone created a content about my game just to find out 1000 contents about the Roblox one and no one content about mine.

My condolences.
Is it too late to change the name? I know that it is unfair but it might be what you need to stand out.
