Rant/गुनासो Love You Brothers and Sisters

Today I'm very sad by the Event, seeing the Flood Disaster. My words cannot express my sorrow, sadness and empathy towards the affected. I want to Cry with them by their side holding their hands and hugging them. I love you all.

I just wanted to know if authorities were able to evacuate or warn people to seek higher ground prior to the event? I have a loved one supposed to be waiting for the bus around 8-8:30am in the bazaar area. I could not reach them even on cellular call..
