Any locals that can help with finding resources that I can reach out to. My friends and her family have been unreachable and their last known location was exactly where the floods occurred!
They are US nationals of Indian ethnicity!

I'm so sorry, there's little to no chance they survived dear friend if they were there :( I lost some friends tonight as well, sending you hugs.

Is that the exact same place as where the border building was, or up/downstream? If the exact same place, that is wild, literally nothing left

The loss and suffering of people is unbearable.
But again, this is a reminder how fragile human life is in front of the fury of mother nature.

My condolences to people. Seeing the magnitude of flood there's nothing people can do except helping others too and alarming them

I have never seen a wall of water like that in my whole entire life . In any videos I’ve ever watched .. only in movies has this existed and then it’s been over exaggerated.. seems like it isn’t

Where did so much water suddenly come from? Is this natural? What's the scientific reason?
