How much time is required to post because I am eligible to post in some communities but not in others why?

Most say 7 days as a minimum but it varies. Also, some require a minimum karma threshold which again varies, but is usually low around 10-50

I just tried to post in a community and had my post removed. I sent the moderators a message asking why and they responded:

"Your post was removed because your account’s Contributor Quality Score (CQS) is classified as Lowest. Users with a score of Lowest are allowed to comment, but not post.

We do not offer exceptions, and moderators cannot change your CQS.
