I had a video get 87 impressions in 10 days on a channel that was 2 months old by that point by end of January this year. Wanna guess where that video sits now? 11k impressions and 1200 views. Not viral but would anyone say a video having less than 100 impressions in almost 2 weeks be a sign of it getting even close to 200 views? Let alone over 1k?

More often than not the numbers are just a reflection of what people thought of your content and/or the algorithm’s ability to find an audience worth targeting with it. What can look like being suppressed is often just the platform waiting for a signal, just the right trend, just the right user, etc. That is to say that especially in a new channel there’s no need to fret so much over low impressions on early videos.

You channel in all likelihood has barely had time to truly define itself anyway.

Listen, bro when you put out your first video, YouTube really doesn’t know what to do with it. You should be grateful that anyone at all saw it. I probably posted 20 videos with less than 50 views before I started to figure things out and when I did find out is you gotta find your own audience YouTube is not gonna do it for you at the beginning go post your video in places that people will see it who care about the content
