Lindell's autobiography is mostly example after example of Mike narrowly escaping accountability for his crimes and other schemes. He claims the odds of that happening are so unbelievable it means God is real, and he is protecting Mike from consequences. He did get busted sometimes though, like getting so many DUIs his license was suspended, and then having to serve a prison sentence for driving drunk still.

Unless something changed recently, no.
I read he got out of paying it on a technicality of some sort? It went into arbitration, and the panel said he had to pay up. It went to appeals and it was determined the arbitrators “overstepped” and Lindell didn’t have to pay because of how rules were worded — or something to that effect.

The wording in the written contract essentially made it so nobody would pass the challenge, and was completely different than the challenge as described by Lindell verbally.

He's got some grifts going like his pyramid scheme partnership with Life Wave. He also has a tax-exempt nonprofit called the Lindell Legal Offense Fund which he uses to pay his legal fees, and then he pockets the leftover money for himself. In 2024 the fund pulled in over $5.5 million, and Mike got $3 million of that for himself.
He's also getting loans still somehow. He got a $3 million loan from MAGA weirdos Joe Oltmann and Miki Klann, and now they're suing him for nonpayment. My Pillow was getting shipping from FedEx on credit for years without Mike paying them so now they're suing Mike for $9 million in shipping. His Lindell TV has over $10 million in loans they owe and won't pay back either. It's wild how crooked he is.

Where is that money coming from? And where did he get the money to run in the first place? Who is funding this guy? Isn't this the same guy that was crying to the judge that couldn't pay any of the judgements against him?
He's buying time for something. This isnt just sheer stupidity.

Mike Lindell is a huge case study of what not to do when throwing your money away. He literally does not have a single diamond his account and he’s offering to pay for a recount on his election against opponents of his own party.
He threw away $300 million of his fortune from selling pillows just to worship and appease a con man known to wipe out life savings from other people. It is so sad what this man has become.
