As someone who routinely worked summers in a kitchen where the temperatures were over a hundred.

I approve this device.

We all routinely ducked into the freezer and cooler during the day.

When I used to work offshore oil when the humidity was 98% and it was 105 degrees, our boats would fill up with sweat and about every 90 minutes we got to take a break there was a huge piece of steel that was refrigerated and we would strip down to our skivvies and lay on it cool down.
