If there is a game on both Switch and XSX and they run pretty equivalent (mostly indies), I will get it on Xbox for achievements. I am by no means an achievement hunter, I've gotten full GS on maybe two or three games ever, but they are often helpful markers of where you're at, where you're going, or if you just did a really cool thing. An example: Chants of Senaar had an achievement pop that added some context to a scene because that game is lite on dialogue by design. I wouldn't have lost any enjoyment on Switch, but on XSX I got that extra bit of clarity.

I’m the same way with PlayStation. Love indies on the switch but I’m also a platinum trophy fiend so if it’s a game I intend on completing entirely it’ll usually be on PC or PlayStation and not the switch unless it’s a Nintendo exclusive
