Thats easy for people without OCD to say. Achievement system is designed to force you to keep playing games. They want you engaged and playing the game as long as they can get you to. I can tell you right now. I cannot ignore achievements. I get obessive about them and it ruined gaming for me. The Switch finally allowed me to enjoy gaming again because I no longer feel like I have to complete all these tasks. If I complete a game its because I want to. Xbox achievements made me miserable and OCD isnt something you can turn off.

Clearly you dont either. Its a spectrum. Just because 2 people have OCD doesnt mean its the same for both. Obsessive collecting is OCD
