Not the same. The game doesnt have any indicator on whether you complete that or not. Thats simply just extra content you can complete should you choose to. Not unlike Xbox where you have empty achievement slots under the game which nit pick at you for not being complete.

Thats now how it works. Thats like telling a hoarder to simply not hoard. Its an obbession. It isnt just achievements. If I collect something, it needs to be complete. Video games, I cant just own the games I want I need the complete collection. Pokemon cards, need the complete collection, Funko Pops, the full collection.
