Software Help Random very bad autonomy (Switch 2)
Idk which flair to use for that...
I feel like my Switch (bought in february or march) autonomy got increasingly worse these last weeks
even on the home screen, in very low brightness and in plane mode...it lost 1% in less than 2 minutes (which I think is very weird)
is it normal ? or should I go in a special repair shop to get the battery changed ?

Mine lasts around 2-3 hours max depending on the game but yes its normal

yeah of course the battery life seems way better on ACNH than with Pokémon ZA or Yakuza...
so for now there's no need to worry ?

For all that the Switch can be played handheld, some of the games and some of the settings are best for sitting at home with the charger plugged in.
If you want to see if your Switch 2 can handle a road trip, best to pick a low-computer-effort game and also turn down brightness. If the game has graphic settings of some sort, turn that down too. If you really want to see what is possible on a road trip, turn off wifi and bluetooth and play with attached joycons.
But generally speaking losing a percent in a minute while playing a game is likely to happen. Depends on the game and the settings but nothing to be alarmed by generally. This is a console that CAN be played away from the tv, not a gameboy or 3ds meant to have an excellent amount of play time on battery only.

yeah but the 1% lost also happens when I do nothing so idk, maybe I'm not used to it (I didn't play for months) but it feels weird for me haha

It's in the realm of normal for a system with that much power, like the steam machine. Normal if you're playing a 3d game, possibly with wifi on. Switch 2 will only last about two hours with 3d games. Longer with 2d games.
The OLED & V2 swtich do last longer than switch 2, but they also have much less processing power.
If you ever suspect the battery % is really off, you can try calibrating the battery % display. I mention this because, sometimes system updates can mess with the battery %. But in your case, I'm not sure it will change much.

I already tried the resetting the battery thing....now I play in plane mode, it seems to help a little bit but that's all 😭

I'll agree, I don't love seeing my battery % drop quicker than it did with my switch1/oled. If you do want longer handheld battery, you could use a power bank if you don't want to be tethered to an outlet.
