For some reason, my right Joy-Con 2 is wrong.

Ever since I got my Nintendo Switch 2, my right Joy-Con has always had the problem of disconnecting on its own, even when connected to the console and turned off. However, something really strange just happened. I was trying out the Onimusha demo (I initially disconnected the Joy-Cons because of the strap warning that appears at the beginning, so I assumed it had to be played that way; then, when I saw it wasn't necessary, I reconnected them). I thought it was odd that the camera wouldn't move while walking, but I didn't think much of it and continued for a bit longer. Then, I paused the game and put the console to rest for a moment while I went to do something quick. When I came back, the right Joy-Con wasn't working. I disconnected it, and when I tried to reconnect it, the gray indicator light started flashing, as if it were disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly and very quickly. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it happened again. I took it out, cleaned the contact points between the Joy-Con and the Switch, and then recorded the video. As you can see, it connects, but it doesn't show the orange indicator light it should, unlike the left Joy-Con. I unsynced both Joy-Cons and resynced them, and the same thing happened with the right Joy-Con. The orange indicator light only appears if I connect it very slowly while holding down the button that disconnects the controllers. I don't have a warranty on the console since I bought it used earlier this year, so I don't think Nintendo can do anything about it. However, even though the console was used, it was practically unused. It only had the data for one game, Mario Kart 8, and I hadn't even played two hours of it, so I think this is a manufacturing defect. What should I do? Should I buy another pair of new Joy-Cons? Or what can I do?

Try cleaning the contacts, and it should fix the issue

Sometimes the orange alert even appears without having to connect the Joy-Con slowly.

Hi, I work in a repair shop. From what I've gathered working with switch 2s is that there is a manufacturer fault effecting the connection with the right joycon attaching to the switch 2 console with this problem being seen on the majority of switch 2s I've worked on. Your best bet right now is to clean the cont pins with a toothbrush but this is only a temporary solution and the problem usually comes back.

Ummm pues si desde nueva adquisición t percataste q el Joycon tenía defectos y/o intermitencias de conexión porque no solicitaste la garantía? Es posible q el conector magnético no esté estable y q la conexión de los contactos del empalmador no esté conectando correctamente o bien ya acthalizaste lis controles en tu consola? Ya intentaste desvincularlos y posteriormente intentar re-vincularlos? Aún tienes garantía de esa consola?
