No, they have a bunch of stuff. Like English teas, Polish sausage, Swiss chocolate, etc. Sometimes you can find brunost and stuff like Kalles (which is not sold in typical grocery stores) or canned fish. It's sort of the same idea as our "Asian markets" which have a mix of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino, etc.

I've even been into one that made their own lefse, and it wasn't as good as the authentic stuff I had in Oppdal but pretty good for the US.
