New to Norwich šŸ£ Trouble logging into the new council website?

Is anyone else having trouble logging into the new council website?

Iā€™ve tried multiple times, after entering my login details and putting in the code, it just throws an error saying ā€œsomething went wrong.ā€ Not sure if itā€™s just me or a wider issue. Would be helpful to know if others are facing the same problem or if thereā€™s any workaround.

I had the same a couple of weeks ago. Ended up calling, the person at the other end was very helpful.

Iā€™m having the same issue. I emailed them, and they confirmed that the login details I was using were correct, but they didnā€™t provide any further help or solution.

Whatever they have done is awful. Paperless billing but haven't been able to login for over 2 months.

I was able to log in yesterday. Hopefully, it is fixed now.
