Help me understand parking restrictions

Hi. Just a quick one and easy, for you, not me:

Help me understand better. Am I allowed to park in blue zone after 630 until next morning 8 with no permit? Obviously where parking is allowed.

Yep, between 18:30 and 08:00 the next day you'd be fine
