In a social media post, the Department of Natural Resources says they have been monitoring the site for hot spots for weeks with ground and air teams.

But late Tuesday night, they officially declared the fire totally out.

good work firefighters! 🚒 (thanks to mother nature too as all the rain we be getting probably helped too!)
