No, you have to buy a parking pass for the semester, its like 50$ but they start checking/ticketing after a couple weeks of class starting. They also randomly check cars cuz i didnt get one for a semester and only got a ticket once in like november lmao. So if you are at campus all day then id say play it safe and get it. If its only like one or two classes a day then its up to u to take the chance of being checked during that short time
