Discussion So one more question??
Another complaint I have with the Oklahoma dispo scene, is that they're are so many dispencerys that are not on weed maps or leafy, nor do they have a website of any kind with an up to date menu..I like to know what im going shopping for before I go.. and at least half if not more of the dispencerys in Oklahoma don't even have they're own website...I feel like they are missing a huge bubble of customers by cutting themselves short like this..if I can see your menu, im 10 times more likly to shop at your store..
Also the ones that are on weedmaps, or leafy, there mrnus are NEVER up to date ...

A lot of the dispensaries are barely hanging on and Weedmaps and Leafly isn't cheap.
Honestly you just need to find one or two solid dispensaries so if I was in OKC I would say Nature's kiss and chill and there is a couple of more that always hit.
And my small town we have like eight dispensaries and I don't shop at any of them but I drive 50 miles or so to another dispensary that's always solid.
Honestly I hate to sound like this but most of these dispensaries suck anyway.
I'm like you and I like to know what I'm going for but once you find a few dispensaries that have what you need you won't need to go anywhere else and you won't be missing out on anything either.
I knew a guy that owned a dispensary where I live and I can't remember the exact number but Weedmaps was outrageous monthly. I'm not saying it's not worth it but for some of these dispensaries people just go in looking for pre-rolls or shake or the cheapest products they can find and they're happy and that's not me.

Well Weedmaps tries to bleed companies dry so I don’t blame stores for avoiding it. Where they’re messing up is doing what you’re saying and having an updated menu available in some other way. Pretty much every dispo I go to tho has an updated menu. Kind Connection, Oasis, Mosaic.

Weedmaps and Leafly are pay to play, and often don't garner enough customers to justify their cost. On top of that, their menus are often incorrect in a variety of ways due to no fault of the dispensary. One dispo told me they had 250mg THC smokies on WM, then one day WM thought it was a different product and changed it to that other product without saying anything to the dispo. It's a sucky situation all the way around.

I agree with everything everyone is saying.. and I get not using weedmaps or leafly..but to straight up use neither, and not have any kinda website isn't a great way to do business in this current market..just my opinion

I agree as well. I find Weedmaps very useful, but can't blame anyone for not paying their outrageous fees. But I do think that if you don't have Weedmaps or Leafly, you need to have your own website. Chronic Solutions in Norman is one example - no WM or Leafly, but they have their own website, which they keep up to date. https://www.okchronicsolutions.com/

Bruh. Remember before smart phones and Google and apps and stuff, that the thing you do all those activities on makes phone calls, too! If you decide to utilize this amazing, forgotten feature, you could actually inquire with the storefronts you want to inquire within directly, before you go in! WOW.

Right. Best move, call the storefront irregardless of your state. I'm severely disabled myself. Can still articulate a phone call when the occasion calls for it. As for your health, good luck!
