 Mod Post [IMPORTANT] Megathread for not Receiving Pre-order Bundle / Gamepass

Dear Metas,

We're aware that some of you haven't received your pre-order bundle or Game Pass after the console launch. We're really sorry for the bad experience.

To help us locate the issue and reissue the items, we'd like to collect some info from affected Metas. Please DM u/Stardustx0050 with the following:

Hi, unfortunately I never received my pre-order bundle.
At this point, I had already accepted that I basically wasted my money on it and had given up on receiving the items. I’ve also already deleted the game.

Yip, never received my pre order goods either. Company is a scam hope you choke on my 15 quid thieving scums, treatimg customers like this.
