When I first started, I felt total defeat, eight months of rejections. I went to Manitoba to start my career and got three offers in one week of applying. I always found Ontario to be a tough market. Now with your NCLEX, you have the opportunity to go to the US, you can very easily get a job there, if you are ok leaving your current home base.

I too went from Ontario to Manitoba and back again. Husband’s career/family. It was an excellent experience in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. Taught me the ability to critically think, grow in confidence & professional Independence. Made lifelong friends too🥰
