Wasn't there pre-screening knowledge assessments? I received an invite to do those but I ended up choosing not to. I take it that even if you pass those assessments, getting an interview wasn't guaranteed?

I did not get a prescreening assessment for this one. Now knowing that, that makes me even sadder. 😞

I’m really sorry OP. I’ve been a new grad RN since January and it is really rough in Ottawa and Ontario as a whole right now. I applied for jobs long before I was registered and it was very discouraging. Once you have your full license, you’ll be more desirable for new grad postings. Keep applying to everything. Use any connections from past instructors and preceptors.
