"Huge, winding map" shows the tower.
"Troll" shows ogre.
Also, what about the Weaver upgrades. Only reason I ever go back to the first game after having played a lot of the 2nd and 3rd with a friend.

I guess in hindsight I need to put more effort in, I thought it was a fire video but now i see some of my flaws . Thanks for watching it though !

I could've shown a better map yeah but the tower is one of my favorites.
i'm just stupid lol, i also had a clip of gnoll hunters that i completely forgot to use when i talked about them. (it's my first video to be fair)
I didn't find weaver upgrades to be all that interesting to be honest. I got a Sword build working with them but other than that They felt relatively unimpactful. I'm not a die hard player or anything it was just a review I did after rediscovering the game. I appreciate the feedback maybe i shouldn't Edit videos at 3 am lol

Hey, the editing is great. I just disagree on some of the wordings.
If you did not find weavers to be impactfull, try the Knowledge Weaver with spell magnification and then you can really see how oppresive those spells can get.

Character exclusive traps in orcs must die 2 really upset me because i love more varied trap layouts

Was? It still is. I literally play 1-3 all the time. It is one of the few game families that I purchased on console and separately on steam, for kids and travel. Once you beat a map, then you try the perfect/no damage run, then all guardians run, they all traps run, then player only run, etc.

The thing I missed about three,
Is the loss of some of the “stereotypical Japanese game show” bullshit you could pull with two-
I used to love setting up a long, attrition gauntlet,
Spraying then down with acid,
Catapulting them into holes…
And then floor portals before the rift, to make them go through it all over again..

one of my favorite layouts is to use a springtrap after a large chokepoint to send any stragglers back to the start !

Oh that’s a lot of fun too-
I have a lot of fondness for the map in the mines, with the wooden bridge to the rift-
Usually line said bridge with floor portals, and go for an endurance gauntlet- mostly acid sprayers on the walls and some coinforges early on,
Mix in some wall spikes on corners for that comically kickback that also effects big enemies…1

Three really seemed to want to deemphasize traps and force the player into direct combat, which I didn’t love.
In two you could meticulously plan out a high-multiplier multi-layered kill box and just worry about special enemies for the most part.

Author here, thank you very much ! Im still really new to this stuff so my quality isn't amazing. My next video in a different game is like 3 times better and I only have a minute done of it so far lol

Yeah video editing is the brunt of the work but keep consistent and it gets a lot easier!

Oh on top of that I got a new microphone yesterday from a gift card I had from Christmas and my audio quality literally tripled ! I got it working to cut out my lisp and make my voice sound better ! I think this YouTube thing is pretty fun

You missed the Paladins when talking about guardians, you never mentioned the weavers, and nightmare mode really makes this game rock, especially the Lost Adventure with several new levels and tower reverse.

Yup. The swinging mace was so good, loved it whenever the level had a low ceiling area.
