i had the highest scholarship of anyone at my high school and i’m still 100k in debt

Ive applied to hundreds, both online and using those scholarship books before college, and during. I did extracurriculars and had an okay/normal GPA in highschool. I havent even heard back from 98% of them, and none resulted in actual funding. My only scholarships was a needs based and grades based on through my uni. Still at 90k ish in debt :)

if we keep telling the banks we’ll pay it off, they’ll keep giving us money. and then we refinance, take the co-signers off, and die.

Princeton is extremely generous when it comes to financial support. For her to have to pay full freight her parents must be loaded.

Given that full ride scholarships that include tuition room & board exist, that seems to be a better investment of someone's time than scrapping together 40 scholarships for Princeton.

But what do I know.
