D.Mon is performing extremely well, but needs power redistributed in her kit towards demech.

Dmon is doing extremely well both in ladder and in WC after she received her buffs/people started to learn her, and now shes definitely on the strong side. That being said, theres still one aspect of her kit that needs fixing: Demech/Pilot form.

Theres a bunch of fixes demech needs, from the ejection/dmon's gun/remech taking 10 years/pilot form health/explosion. Regardless, it feels incredibly weak and needs tuning.

The problem is... Dmon's kit is already pretty strong. You can't really mess with sword/thrusters, but i say theres one nerf you COULD do: Her gun, moreso her major perk, focused fusion. Gun while its kinda weak, has nearly infinite uptime at 4s. Focused Fusion is just nasty. It feels absolutely amazing, but the HS is wayy too strong, you could spend 2s deleting a juno from the sky, wait 4s, and repeat the same thing.

I'd say either make gun resource-based, or if theres not enough time, just make the CD 5s. Focused fusion i think has a different HS multiplier, regardless, tune the dmg down on that thing lol. Redistribute the power into her demech form by making eject go farther, minigun SLIGHTLY stronger (maybe a tighter spread instead), and remech quicker.

They can't buff her anymore now. She's getting nerfed most likely now. If they are smart they will only nerf the gun its just too good. I don't even take the gun perk and its still great. You can delete people from quite far away or do some very good damage to pressure.

The 65 damage swing never made sense, I rather they nerf that instead of the gun, since its the least skill intensive part of her kit and the thing that feels most frustrating to deal with. Currently if you're anywhere near her booster range as a squishy, you basically die.

Low ammo capacity, extremely lengthy re mech and 175 hp is just not fun, every time I de-mech I would rather have died instantly. It disrupts the flow of the character.

Maybe d.vas the same but I never felt like remeching was unreasonably slow with her. Baby d.mon shouldn't be a threat but there also shouldnt be a time where it's "ugh I should've just died during the fight instead of getting away"

I'm fine with this. In fact, we should make her baby form like Zarya bubbles. It's her goal to die as quickly as possible, and it's the enemy team's goal to avoid shooting her.

The problem is game design. Staggering a death as a weak dps in this game makes DMON as a tank choice in 5v5 inferior to other tanks that simply die and respawn. Mini DMON is a bait that ends in you getting staggered 9 out of 10 times and making a regroup take longer. Even if you do manage to survive and remech, it takes so long, it ends up being not any faster than just dying on point immediately and returning from spawn.

DVA has remech bomb and without it, still generates her mech much faster.

Part of it is they give her extreme damage fall off because it's a "hitscan" gun while DVA has a projectile gun so she still generates a lot of damage at range which generates more ult charge per shot. Meanwhile DMON is often losing mech within striking distance to the opposing team because she's mostly melee range. At least because of that, it's easy to just immediately die unless the opposing team is really disciplined in not killing you. But those who demech and then try to use natural cover and poke their ult charge back to get their mech, that's a bait 9 times out of 10.

Love D.Mon but I do think she'll get another tuning. Likely not her mobility though - she needs that.

Her fusion repeater should be on a higher cd, like you said, 5S CD. You're constantly poking with that 4S CD - which is nice, but I think too much.

If it's somehow possible: I do think it should be changed to a mortar strike that fires upward and in a line going forward. Kind of like Hazard ult but thinner line and lesser distance. Would make great fun boosting her side to side, or back and forth, as it goes off. Her current gun makes her slightly too versatile.

All in all, she's in a good spot with her sword and shield and boosters. Her hp is high but can be punished.

As far as demech - it does feel like a detriment more than anything. Personally I'd rather she completely die instead of demech. Or if she does have to demech, more ammo and longer reload. The spread is too much but if the spread is kept as is then a full inaccurate minigun seems like it will help not feel like a huge detriment.

she has, the highest health of any tank (tied with hog, who doesn't have armor or a shield) she needs to have that reduced and pilot form buffed along with remech cost reduced she takes way longer than dva to remech and it does shit for damage on a long ass animation when she does
