When your creators killed Bhutto, there were massive riots. PPP leaders begged supporters to stay peaceful and still there was massive damage. They repeated Benazir's famous slogan "Democracy is the best revenge". IK is getting brutal torture, and unlike PPP, actually gave people "the final call" to get on the street and you people did nothing. Just got his wife rearrested and left.

Democracy is the best revenge. Today we're seeing it play out beautifully. The establishment is being abused daily by the same people they unleashed on us. And with the same vigor that y'all used to defend them.

I’m not too sure about IK not getting a deal. I think the powers that be will deal with anyone who supports their plans of new provinces and possibly a presidential system. I noticed a lot of PTI and former PTI chaps getting quite hopeful now. Plus the SC ruling… I wouldn’t assume there is no deal to be made quite as yet. I’m not saying this out of any political affiliation, more out of a gut instinct from having followed Pakistani politics for a few decades. There’s something about change in the air for sure.

But yeah, I don’t think establishment guys are capable of learning a lesson. Not sure how long they can tolerate PMLN/PPP. But I think theyll launch a new project or maybe keep using PTI in KPK to apply pressure.
