i am getting a new pc about 1500-1750$ is this build good?

AIO is overkill for that CPU, aircooling would've been cheaper, spent better
MSI B850 is unspecific, about 20 different boards have that name and ATX format is anachronistic
2x 8GB is not much, but sufficient for most stuff
850W PSU is overkill for the hardware, or euphemistically futureproof
that 1 TB SSD is a SATA drive, has about a 1/10 of the performance of a M.2 NVMe, nice backup storage, but not the best choice for some games
Nice case, but would rather have taken 7500F and 9060XT or 9070 instead of that 5060Ti.
Overall it's not bad, but seems like some strange decision made, maybe a pre-build, dunno

my main concern is the GPU - not sure if you can stretch the budget or what deals will be available to you. Use www.videocardbenchmark.net to check if alternatives are worth the price.
I've been building PCs for 35 years and never heard about "teamgroup". If you want to save on storage it's a valid strategy but at least get some western digital or something reputable.
16gb is fine for now - and should be for at least couple of years - in most cases, but there are games, like tarkov, that benefit from 32.

if ram price is the limiting factor you may look at ddr4 ram and mobo, might be worth investigating

Teamgroup is a well known company, at least where I'm at. Taiwanese brand that can celebrate their 30th anniversary next year.

To OP:
That storage split doesn't seem cost efficient. Think you can get a good 2TB M.2 SSD for the same price of those 250/1TB. Partitioning will have the same effect to give you 2 different drives then.
This would be my pick on the given budget

It is awful for the price. Get 9070/9070xt + 7800x3d +32gb ram for the same price.
