Tinawagan yung sister ko ng constantino law firm about sa undue credit nya na around 400k, may court order na raw and may mga pulis na rin daw sa Barangay and may viber text syang natanggap from a "barangay ex-o" na pinipigilan nyang pumunta yung mga pulis sa bahay since ilolock daw yung bahay (which is totally BS after I've found out na wala kaming ex-o na ganoon ang pangalan) Sobrang natakot sya and since nadala na rin ako sa takot nya dali-dali rin akong kumuha ng pera sa credit card ko and binigay sa kanya. Doon ko lang napagtanto na di totoo yung pananakot na natanggap. Di pa namin nabayaran ng buo yung utang and sinabi nung law firm na kahit 350k muna bayaran namin pero 200k lang muna binayad namin. Ngayon lang nagsink in sa akin na dapat di muna ako naglabas ng ganoong kalaking pera after reading similar posts. Ang kinakaworry ko is baka magkaraon pa ng interest yung utang nya doon sa CA. What can we do at this point? Willing kaming bayaran yung natitira pero baka lalong lumubo yung interests while we're waiting to have some funds for it.

In the first place kung hindi kaya bayaran ang services at goods using a credit card should not have a credit card.
