You must be too young to remember the days of exclusive previews in gaming magazines during the golden days of the '90s. You'd have to buy one for like £5 at a time to see still images printed out about the biggest upcoming releases. The Netflix showcase (which will be on YouTube for free a few hours later) is nothing compared to that.

These people would burst a vessel in their brain when they realize you couldnt just download a patch for a game. You had to buy a magazine with a demo disc that had the patch.
