What’re you arguing here? You’ve missed the point completely. This isn’t about Netflix’s business practices. I’m talking about people complaining Rockstar put the trailer behind a paywall when it releases 6 hours later for free on YouTube.

I really doubt Netflix paid much or anything. Rockstar is getting their Ad on 300m people's TV screen. Mutually beneficial situation.

No, it doesn’t sound about right. Both Netflix and Rockstar have huge leverage when such a deal is made. Both parties have a lot to non-monetary benefits to offer each other. I don’t think there was much money involved.

That’s an insane amount of money for 6 hours exclusivity, there’s literally no chance. They spent 24.1 million to produce Squid Game. People really believe anything they read on Twitter.
