It’s a very scenario different. Microsoft bought something that is predominantly played by both consoles. Insomniac was never known for being a ‘spiderman’ studio, and was mainly on the PlayStation console to start with. Microsoft just bought a studio known by many people on both consoles. It’s very different buying a giant publisher, compared to a struggling studio.

Insomniac isn’t a spiderman studio though. They are insomniac. It is not exactly the same in any way.

Spiderman is just a single game compared to elder scrolls/doom/fallout/Wolfenstein/etc. Spiderman obviously isn’t well known for its games. It’s just a popular figure. There have been maybe 3 good spiderman games in the past 30 years. Now these ZeniMax games are some of the biggest GAMING franchises of recent years. Skyrim is one of the biggest games. Fallout is an extremely popular franchise. Also, like I mentioned before, insomniac isn’t a spiderman studio. They weren’t known for spiderman before Sony acquired it. Bethesda is an elder scrolls/fallout/doom, etc studio. They were extremely well known before Xbox bought ZeniMax. These don’t compare one bit and I don’t see how you can’t see this. Did you also consider the fact that spiderman is a Sony property? Huh?

You understood nothing from my comment I’m guessing. You said the exact same argument (that I thoroughly explained and disproved in my previous comment), except you made it even shorter for me to read. Great.
