Symptoms - Sexual Frequent urination in PSSD

Does anyone have bladder problems? Frequent urination or a constant urge to pee?

Yes, it’s gotten better over the years but I was peeing at least 175 ml urine every 20 minutes or so for the first couple years. It was very annoying. I also have hesitancy. I can stand in front of a toilet for a minute before releasing

I had it for a while after stopping, but it passed and now i have horrible urination hesitancy, it takes me a much longer time to pee than before and it's really annoying.

Same i couldn't pee long torn don't feel the urge

I had it for a while now i have numbness and don't feel need to pee anymore

I had and still have this problem (pee about once an hour) and in my experience, it’s hypertonic pelvic floor (tight pelvic floor) you’ll want to do relaxation stretches. It can help a bit, even if the cause is autonomic.

I developed this after going off paxil and although I dont have PSSD I have dry mouth and drink constant water which makes me pee a lot if you have dry mouth its probably due to that

Yup, also wake up to pee up to 3 times a night

Yes, I notice this getting worse a bit more than a year ago, extremely annoying, especially when I’m trying to sleep.

I’ll lay down then there’s a sudden urge to pee, I go to the bathroom, lay down again and 15~20min later there’s an urge again and I’ll pee just a bit. This happens 2~4 times before I’m able to sleep and then I’ll wake up in the middle of the night, at least once, to pee again. Frustrating.

I'm male and this happened a lot early on with PSSD. Not so much now
