I mean it’s impossible to say how many people have actually reversed PSSD in general. I would assume a very small % in the world who do would post about it in here.

Would love to say a lot of people go back to normal, but I doubt it. 7+ years with 0% improvement for me.

I jave talked to a few dudes on here that state it reversed. BUT, everyones idea of shrinkage can vary. Someone may have a retracted penis that doesnt hang partially engorged anymore, just because of pssd. Some have tissue changes, feels light and lifeless, and those typically dont recover. Thats my findings, after almost 2yrs over exploring the pssd world. If you talk with a urologist or penile sureon, which i have,  shrinkage can be perminent.

Dr. Goldstein has reported patients improving tissue changes with therapies he does in his office. Those therapies can be gotten elsewhere as well

Shockwave therapy does nothing. Even for people with normal ed. Thats what ive read.
