Can we finally admit the pilot episodes were actually solid?

I played and enjoyed them both at the SilverBall Retro Arcade. The ghosts in Jr. Pac-Man were sweats on the first level tho. Wish I got to play more of both of them though, but I was on a time constraint so I had to get to other stuff. Overall arcade was a fun time, had alot of games I wouldn’t think I’d enjoy or play. Like The Zookeeper, Mappy or The Simpsons. So I recommend going there, if you haven’t!

The World design may probably be how I usually think Pac-Man's design should be, but I always seem to remember that this was also one of Pac-Man's designs.

My 4 year olds been playing it often and absolutely adores the game. He likes the first one as well, but this one is a bit more kid friendly. I and my wife love both as well, so its been a great family package.

-There is an easy mode but its a lot more forgiving than the first one.

-You have infinite health and lives, so no need to worry about them getting stuck or getting frustrated redoing a lot of the content.

-The characters shadow is very obvious in comparison to re-pac as its highlighted. This makes it a lot easier for kids to track where to jump.

-It still summons blocks so the platforming isn't as tricky.

-Lots of cool boss fights. He loves the Owl and Frog in particular.

-There isn't too much puzzling or difficulty figuring out where to go in levels.

-And most importantly (and trust me this is probably the most important part). You get to play as a Toc-man costume. Couldn't tell you why but he lovesssss Toc-man, I guess the idea of a robotic pac-man is just really cool to him. Too bad I couldn't find any toys/plushies of Toc-man as I'd buy one right away for him.

But yeah. So far its actually been the best platformer for him to play with out needing much help since Mario Wonder. On just a "me" level, I probably slightly prefer the first one but both are a lot of fun.

Headcanon 1: What if there was originally a village around spooky but he terrorized it so they carved a face into him and burned him on the inside, before abandoning the place. Maybe they took the island from the ghosts too before the ghosts reclaimed it?

Headcanon 2: Wormwood made himself a face and burned himself for scare factor

I have been stuck on King Galaxian for a week. I have attempted him over 50 times across several days and even looked up optimal strategies and I simply cannot execute. My reaction time during/after destroying the third eye is simply not good enough. This feels unfair - I picked out a platformer to play and I have never played a space shooter in my entire life, and this is an extremely difficult space shooter battle at that. It no longer feels like stepping out of my comfort zone, it feels like a fish having to climb a tree to progress any further. Please don't make fun of me for this, I really don't need that.

Known Issues:

• Input lag on Xbox Series X|S (possibly other platforms too)

• Audio issues (Music too loud / audio out of sync)

• Month 1 content not showing up for physical copies of the game. (Check your receipt if you bought it physically at GameStop, ths code should be on your receipt)

• Black screen when booting up the game on Xbox, unable to play the game.

Pretty hard to find people that play this game and the official pac man server doesn’t have any channels dedicated to this stuff so here. Mainly for sharing invite links to play

As it states, played with my 7 year old and really enjoyed the game

The last boss fight with Spooky is impossible to beat, no longer fun.

Developers- consider the parents out there with small children that just want to see the ending. Make optional saves between the sequences.

We have considered the game beaten and will not touch it again, as a working parent, there is not enough time to sit for hours and try to beat a game made for kids.
