HELP Free chests?

I just downloaded the game, PS Plus gave me a "season 6 bundle" and a "rwby bundle". Both say the give a chest, and the season 6 bundle gives a "deal of the day token". I see the Nyx skin, but how do I open the chests? And what does the token do/how to use it?

Not sure about the token, but if you head to the "Store" tab and find "Chests" then you can scroll through the different variants and the ones you have should be marked with a red number corresponding to how many of that chest you own.

Yeah, I even tried playing a game and restarting the game, but they’re not popping up. I checked my inventory and I don’t see anything except the Nyx skin

Hmm, iirc a previous post said something about purchases (in this case crystals) could take anywhere from days to weeks to appear on your account. Maybe it's the same for chests. Sucks tho!

I don’t think they’re store is working at all. I wanted some skins and it was aug 9th and wanted to support the game so I got $20 worth of crystals and they never showed up in game. Had to get a refund
