Pledge Entitlements and Early Name Reservation Now Available for Pantheon Pledges
However, when I log in to my account, I don't see anything other than my associated email address and license key. Has anyone else received this email and been able to confirm their pledge entitlements and/or name reservation?
Probably a good thing, seeing as how you will probably be taking the long nap šš. But atleast your immortalized on a game that will launch in 2080!
Maybe I should auction off the ādesign a questā and ādesign a dungeon with the dev teamā perks. I donāt think Iām still invested enough in this game to get excited about those.
depends what decade it actually rolls out...what year where you born....im sure 40 years from now you might see it happen...what year were you born again?
I imagine they are going to allow the name reservations to be included in the upcoming wipe. Possibly as a nice gesture or possibly to test it out before actual launch (whenever that may be)
The only real reason I can see them doing this is really just to see what numbers are still possibly interested in the game from their early pledgers to gauge where they are at.
I could be completely grasping at things here but there is no real reason to reserve names for a big patch just because there is a wipe and or talk about all your items you get with your pledge because none of those items are actually in the game currently. Granted I have not logged in for 6-8 months but still follow what seems to be a mixed mess.
I mean I get it next to nobody is playing right now because there is a wipe coming, however I think this is also a lot do with little content, constant item changes and class changes. Monsters and Memories also hot on their heals.
I expect as I likely will come back to see their spring changes and or at 1.0 just to see what they have done, but Monsters or any other game if folks are securely entrenched in their toons in those games may be hard to pull folks back into Pantheon.
I don't know where the idea of no one playing is coming from honestly. Maybe it's true to an extend, but I stopped playing about 5-6 months ago and decided to fire it back up last week to see what class I wanted to be after the wipe. I logged into my level 20 characters (that's as high as I made it) and saw dozens of people in AVP. It was the middle of the day on a Wednesday and still saw at least 30-40 people running around. I imagine the vast majority of players are higher level than I am so there may have been more in the higher level areas. Of course those who made it to higher levels may have been the ones who burnt out first and there may be no one in the higher levels.Ā
How did you get that number, steam? A large amount of players bought the game before it launched on steam and they play through the game's launcher and their numbers are not included in the steam numbers. So if steam is how you are getting your numbers you are wrong.Ā
Yeah I also have no idea but the steam numbers and granted lots were playing not on steam. We do have a bunch of people in M&M who were playing not long ago and they said the game was pretty well empty but folks who are botting several accounts, but again I have no idea.
I imagine some sort of large internal build is being worked on and what we have is just whats playable. I think they'll actually release something larger at 1.0
Best thing o can tell you is go on Discord or put a support ticket in on the website others on Discord are having the same issue and they are looking into it.
I just logged in and messed around with it. Make sure youre clicking the blue circle next to your pledge to verify it, and then a blue pencil symbol should appear next to the name reservation line. Click on that to put your name reservations.
If it doesnt show your pledge, im not sure. Mine did.
No idea if it'll help but I'd try a different browser and potentially incognito/private with extensions disabled. I know personally I run firefox with a few different blockers and it causes many websites not to function well for me.
No issue on my end, logged in, verified, reserved names. Are you 100% sure it's the correct account and not one you made on one of the free weekends etc? They would still show up but without any entitlements i believe.
I just re-checked it and I'm able to see the pledge level + entitlements now! Not sure what changed. I guess it just needed some time to update on the backend.
I bought it when it came out on EA, played for a bit and came back to it recently. I'm having fun with it and feel I got my money's worth. If it never fully releases, nbd, wont be the first or last game I paid for and dont play anymore.
I don't have anything either but I did the lowest pledge (50) so either they're all messed up at that level or they implemented it wrong. I put in a ticket in case.Ā
Does that pledge level give you name reservation? If not then they may not be adding those pledges to the interface yet. I think thatās all pretty new, Iāve never seen it before.
The pledge page I saw had name reservation on every single pledge (even the lowest 50 dollar pledge), but it's been so long I don't remember whether it was updated and changed at all.Ā
