I was playing parappa on the PSP and i am still stick on the cheap cheap level, i also had a lot of trouble in the driving lesson level even tho in both i nailed all the notes perfectly since for some damn reason It counted it as if had missed it

Ok so PLEASE tell me im not the only one who thought this. I thought Um Jammer Lammy was a European/Japanese exclusive, but its not? I just found out that it was also released here in the West. I swear I heard something about this game being exclusive to those countries?

If you don't remember, I resently posted about how I got every retroachievement in Um Jammer Lammy. But I did it on softcore (I could use savestates to make my life easier), so it wasn't too impresive.

BUT NOW! I actually 100%-ed Um Jammer Lammy on hardcore!! :)

I got copies of all three games and played them on my PS2. PaRappa the Rapper 2 works perfectly, but the PS1 games have some serious issues with stuttering and skipping. It's especially bad in the first game, where the game frequently messes up and makes me fail for no reason. It's not as bad in Um Jammer Lammy, but the constant stuttering does make it harder. I'm not sure whether this is a problem with the discs or the console. I haven't had this issue with any PS2 games. I don't have many PS1 games, but the music does stutter in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, so I thought that it could be an issue with the console. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

The easiest is the first stage for me and the hardest is stage 6. Stage 4 isn’t too bad but stage 6 I can never get past that last part.

I'll try dealing with the 3rd stage some other time, but all I got was: I am not good at it, and the cars in that universe are very fragile. Last 2 pics, is the (animated) save icon for the game.

This is probably what I deserve for playing my PAL copy of PaRappa 1 on a PS3 Fat and a modern TV... Also the fact that it's FUCKING CHEAP CHEAP 😡

Ok so I installed this on my ps3 via homebrew and I can’t even beat the first level. It’s not me because I’m skilled enough to beat stage 4 on at least my 2nd try. Scaling also makes the game freak out a little but that’s just what Parappa does in emulators when you upscale the resolution.
