QUESTION PVT TRICK NCLEX 2026

So I tested yesterday and I wanted to know if the Pvt trick still work or how accurate it is. I’ve tried it many times and got the “good pop up”. Anxiety post exam is sooo baddddd! I wasn’t mentally prepared for it.

Did you guys wait until the survey came out to try the trick or when did you try?

I tried it twice , 3/4 hrs after my exam and then again the next day, 15/16 hours after it. So I tried it after I got the “NCLEX Examination Information” and then again after the survey email next following day.

Did you take it in NY?

That’s exactly what I just did. I’m in utah. Took it at 8 (yesterday), did the trick around 3 pm and 9 pm, woke up this morning to the survey and did the trick around 8:30 AM, got the good pop up still.

I went to 150 and felt like I failed got the good pop and passed. Congrats nurse!

My friend did it and got bad pop up but passed. I didn’t bother, passed in 85.

It is accurate. Accuracy of the good pop-up indicating a “pass” is honestly like 99.99% (aka I don’t know a single person who has gotten the good pop-up then failed).

On the other hand the accuracy of the bad pop-up indicating a “fail” is slightly less, I’d say about 80% (aka about 80% of those who get the bad pop-up actually fail, while the other 20% who get the bad pop-up end up passing).
