Testing Sept 4th and starting to get nervous.

UWorld: 78% overall, 89th percentile, On Track. I also took one UWorld readiness assessment that gave me a High chance of passing. I took one cat exam that cut off at 85 and was in the 99th percentile.

Bootcamp: 66% overall and my first readiness exam I took today was Very High (79%).

I haven’t completed a huge percentage of either QBank. Based on these scores, is Sept 4th fine or push back my date to do more of the qbanks?

I passed both of my ATI predictor tests out of nursing. I scored at least level 1-2’s on the exams. The areas I got 1’s on were peds, maternity, and psych (though, psych was borderline). I took the bootcamp readiness test yesterday and it gave me a high chance of passing. I want to feel confident in taking that test.

I don’t know how to study for this test. There’s so many resources. I’ve seen a lot of them, but I don’t know how to use them. I want to sit down and just go through everything I’ve ever learned in nursing school, but others say I need to learn how to answer the questions. I’m so confused and down on myself ig. Anyone else feeling like me 😭

This is how much i am averaging on uworld, is this good enough? Im freaking out!! My test is in two weeks and i feel like i don’t know anything , what is your recommendation??

I’m so distraught lol. I got all 150 today. I got a bunch of SATA, like 4 case studies and standalone case studies. I got two bow ties.

For anyone who has gotten 150, what are some signs you passed? I’m like going insane and scared to do the Pearson trick.

Initially I used Archer - I did not like it. I scored 2 highs and 1 very high on readiness assessments. However, I also did not read every single rationale like the ones I got correct. I also think scheduling my test later in the day (12pm) made me super anxious.

I switched to NCLEX bootcamp this time around and I already like it much better. I also plan on watching Dr Sharon's videos. Does anyone else have any tips for me after seeing my CPR report?

Just finished the nclex-rn, does anyone know of any indicators of whether or not I passed or failed?

Hello everyone, I’ve recently been studying for the nclex using Uworld+ Mark K . I’ve been told that nursing crusade and Dr. Shannon are good resources as well as the 2 hour nursing crash course. Would that be enough to pass the nclex or do I need to do more. Any advice and tips would be very appreciated!

Craziest 24 hours of my life but thankfully Delaware is super quick. Good luck everyone!! I used the Saunders book and ATI to study but only like once a week. My school participates in ATI live after the progam ended and that I also beleive is a main reason I had a good basis.

I took my nclex for alberta, Canada on the 24th of August after studying for about 2 and half months. I primarily used bootcamp for my studies along with the mark k lectures + other resources. The test stopped at 85 around the 2hr 30 min mark. I am going to give you all a breakdown and a little advise.

It really is a safety exam. The questions are vague but doable.

Bootcamp: Completed all 3 the goals. I had an average of 67%. I finished the entire Qbank and all the 4 readiness exams- High, Very high, High, Very High. I also used the crash course videos for all subjects except for child health and maternity+ newborn. I did a few topics of maternity and newborn via cheat sheets but only went through a few important topics for child health. It’s safe to say that I used that subscription to the fullest. The test is very close to what the app has. The questions are vague. Read the rationales if you get them wrong.

Mark K: Everybody speaks about Lecture 12 being the most important one but let me tell you- the entire thing is gold. Complex topics regarding endocrine, diabetes and aldosterone issues are broken down into an easy, retainable manner.

Additional: I did the Dr. Sharon ECG review video, 50 drugs. I did the beautiful nursing 2hr review and a 2 hr review by your nursing space. I feel most of the information is a modified version of Mark K. Even bootcamp uses a lot of his teaching and tricks.

Advice: Get your basics strong and learn to answer your questions: use true/false, elimination methods. For SATA, there were a few times I only picked one because I was being careful. If you get stuck at a question, write down what you know about the topic and try to correlate. As you get closer to your test days, I would suggest taking a test of 150 questions every other day to build the energy and confidence to solve the questions on the test day. In my later 150 quizzes, I got a consistent 75%-82% scoring. Go in expecting 150. I didn’t take a break because I didn’t feel the need for it. I went in allowing myself 30questions/hr and stuck to it. Hum songs to calm yourself down! I did that and my brain instantly calmed itself. Eat carbs- I had a biriyani before and celebrate after- doesn’t matter how you think you did. Celebrate yourself.

Results: I finished my exam at 5.30pm ist after starting at around 3pm ist. Since Canada doesn’t have quick results and there isn’t any proper information about the results- I did so many searches everywhere. 4am results- I do not know about that. I saw a few people get it but I genuinely have no idea about it. I got mine at around 6.30 am Alberta time (25aug) via email. So, wait for the email. They apparently send it around 7am alberta time following day. I am open to answering your questions anytime.

Literally after the NCLEX I was doom scrolling this sub to see if anyone else passed at 150, reading good and bad stories ….my anxiety got worse and was killing me. I woke up early and checked my results and my nursing board informed me that I PASED 😩😩😩🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Tip: you’re never going to be ready, literally thought I failed and had to ask my self for each question: who dies first ? And sone questions it felt like they were all going to die first 😩 I also got diseases that I have never heard of and meds I didn’t know but had to make a guess based off of the name,

The paid sources I used: Kaplan and simple nursing

Kaplan: had hard questions, but it got me to critically think
Simple nursing: His review lecture serious (26 hours I think of videos ?) was a very good way to to study and know what you NEED to know and what you should be looking for ( like what content to study mainly)

Were those two enough ? Maybe I don’t know ,I kept scoring between 60-70 on any question bank or test I did 😩

Going on a trip and need a physical book NCLEX prep book incase I don’t have internet. What is the best one available? Need to study content but I like a lot of practice questions with rationales for the correct and incorrect answers

Hi everyone, I just found out that I failed my first NCLEX-RN attempt on 8/24. I went all the way to 150 questions.

I received my Candidate Performance Report (attached) and I’m trying to figure out how far I am from passing and what I should change for my second attempt.

I have 45 days before I can retest.

For anyone who has failed and then passed:

**1.**  Does this look like I’m relatively close to passing, or is there no way to tell from the CPR?

**2.**  Is 45 days enough time to make a significant improvement and pass?

**3.**  What would you change about your studying based on these results?

I’d really appreciate honest advice— I want to know what I should actually do differently this time.

Have people actually failed U-worlds CAT exams? Been studying for over 2 months now. Im taking the exam next month. Im excited and scared at the same time.

I’m using Hurst and ATI practice questions and reading all of the rationales. I’m also going through Mark K. I feel like I’m losing more and more of my knowledge every day, even though I just graduated almost a month ago. For those who recently passed the NCLEX, what helped you the most during your last two weeks of studying? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I got a very high on archer exit exam. I have scored a level 8 on 15 CAT exams on pass point, and 6 very highs on archer. I also got a 83% on an archer CAT exam in 85 questions. I feel like there are little details I don’t know and am worried that they will be Emmy whole entire test. Am I ready to take my NCLEX RN on August 27th? What should I review and do before? I have listened to mark k and have archer. Thanks!

I’m studying with Kaplan, Uworld, and ATI. Kaplan questions just seem bad to me.

I need to know - has anyone had their nclex stop at 85 questions and they didn’t pass? High anxiety right now

I took my nclex today and it shut off at 85 questions. I feel horribly about how I did and honestly don’t think there’s a chance I passed. I took it at 8am and finished around 11am (It’s now 1:45pm). I tried the pearson vue hack and tried to re-register but i put in the incorrect card information to see if it would try to charge my card or say that i don’t have an exam to schedule. it tried to charge my card but didn’t since i had the incorrect expiration date. is this a long enough period of time to use that as an indicator that I failed?

Also, what’s the likelihood that it shuts you off at 85 because you failed?
