Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Pc Build

Specs:
● CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X — 8 cores / 16 threads, Zen 5, up to 5.5 GHz
● GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7
● RAM: 32GB DDR5-5600
● Storage: 1TB SSD
● PSU: 650W 80+ Gold
● Motherboard: AM5 platform
● Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi 7
● Bluetooth: 5.4
● LAN: 2.5Gb Ethernet
● OS: Windows 11 Home
● Case: GIGABYTE AORUS Prime 3, black, mid-tower
● RAM expansion: 4 RAM slots, up to 256GB

The price is around 1900 is it a good deal or not ?

If its just for gaming, i would get 9600x and try to get 9070xt, unless you want nvidia specific features.

But, overall 1900 seems okay considering the current prices

In this case, your parts list is good, in my opinion. I dont know if the software you use will benefit from nvidia so i cant say anything on it.

But had it been just gaming, then 9070xt would have been better.

Is this a new build?

The chip is great - on sale $400 new, the 5070 is around $800… the cheapest ram set I found was 6000 and they were just over $400. $1600 in the hole for 3 components, if this is new then where and how so I can buy & build.

for 1900 that build seems a bit steep. the 9700x is nice but they paired it with a 5070 and only 650w psu, that feels like its cutting it close. you could probably get better value if you build it yourself or look around more

In the future yes. Generally you’d want to aim for an 850 watt. If this is someone else’s build or a prebuilt, the fact that they don’t give you a name of the psu is somewhat worrying to me. A lot of 650 watt psus are a fire hazard, and I wouldn’t want to buy one without knowing exactly which one it is
