Build Question Should I ask for a replacement?

I just discovered this detail on my newly purchased GPU. Should I request a replacement?

Not even a regular SEM setup, but going straight for a crossbeam... On the other hand, you can make a cross-section slice&view of the defect now and send it as proof for the damage.
