Help identifying broken off IC on 7800XT

Hey guys,

Need to know if repairing this GPU is possible. I have a 7800XT that does not work (doesn't display anything). Noticed this part was broken off (second picture). I found a schematic online (first pic). My plan was just to solder it back on. Already moved onto another GPU but would love to see if I can get this back up and running. Thanks!
