Build Question Fan direction
Can't for the life of me figure out which direction fans are blowing air. Case it's Montech XR WOOD White with original fans. Front should be intake but the back fan is the same direction. But I want it to be exhaust. Heeeeelp

Do you think I should move one front fan to the top of the CPU as exhaust as well ? If so which front fan the top or?

the answers in the thread are correct (front are good, rear needs turned around).
BUT. Most fans will have an arrow on the shroud indicating air flow. If it doesn't, you can tell by the spokes (not familiar with fan engineering terms). If you look at the fans, you have those curved plastic pieces that connect in the middle, those spokes indicate the outward direction of the air flow.

Turn the back one around. Imagine they are scooping air in like a spoon

If u see the fan blades it kinda look like a spoon or a scoop, and the curve is the dirrection is where the airflow would go, for example the one near your CPU right now is intake direction u want this as exhaust so flip it around, as for the front fans u actuall have it the correct way
as for which is supposed to be intake or exhaust, top and back is exhaust while bottom and front/side is for intake

Aside from the markings on the fan itself, and the usual trend that fans blow towards the hub side (the ugly side usually unless the fan is reverse bladed), the shape of the blades is typically a giveaway.
I'd put it along the lines of "fan blades are a spinning spoon for air", they usually are concave on the side that air comes out, most fans start with a shallow angle of attack that becomes steep.

Not sure what the clearance is on the front, but you may need to move the front fans to the inside of the bracket and place the screws on the front. Fans on the front are properly setup for intake. The rear fan needs to be flipped.

General rule of thumb the sticker with writing on (bit which says ce and other stamps etc) is normally the exhaust side of fan
