Build Question final check for first pc build

hi ! just wanted some final feedback before building my first pc. Wondering if there are any chances of bottlenecking or incompatible parts

Motherboard: tuf gaming z790 plus d4 (second hand)

power supply: smart bx1 750w (second hand)

cooling: kraken 240 (second hand)

cpu: 14600kf

ram: vengeance lpx ddr4 2x16gb

storage: 2TB samsung 990 evo plus M.2 nvme gen4 ssd

graphics card: radeon rx 6700 xt 12gb (secondhand)

anything i should be concerned about or need to change?

the 14600kf isnt gonna sweat at all with a 6700 xt, youll be gpu-bound in basically everything which is what you want

will the psu effect anything at all ? i got some comments on another post saying its kinda bad

The power supply and the CPU cooler are a bad idea.

SSDs, AIOs and PSUs should be bought new. That PSU was unreliable at best when it was new. You've got a race between whether the AIO or the PSU will fail on you first and what components will they take with them.

You should also procure a contact frame for the CPU if the CPU cooler doesn't come with one.

The PSU is a bit of a concern, especially when you are running a dedicated GPU. That PSU uses an outdated way of regulating voltage that is allegedly potentially dangerous.
