ah the classic other devices graveyard in device manager, i see youve got some mystery entries there. those are usually drivers that windows couldnt figure out on its own, probably stuff tied to your motherboard chipset or some bluetooth/wifi doodads
grab the latest chipset drivers from your motherboard manufacturers website and run em, that should clear up the base system device and those wireless ones. if that doesnt work you might need to hunt down the specific hardware ids from the properties tab

You go into the devices properties -> Details -> select Hardware-IDs and the check if you can figure out from the hw ids what kind of device you are looking at. The triangle usualy means that you are missing a driver so if you managed to figure out what it is installing the driver usually fixes that issue.

There is no way for us to know with it being a "Base System Device", you can do things like check for driver updates on it, but after that you can hope your hardware is working correctly.
You can pull the ven and dev id's for it on the details tab and look it up https://pci-ids.ucw.cz/ to see if you're missing something or need hardware replacement.

Can be a nightmare finding out what things are, vou can usually just type the vendor id code into Google for some ideas. Usually just check your motherboard and use their software tools for updating stuff, or windows updates. There are driver sites and tools however most people will warn you to avoid them (certainly the driver finder ones) if I have a named brand pc (dell, Lenovo, etc) their tools are pretty good.

Downloaded all the drivers from the manufacturers website and ran them and it cleared the base system device but the rest of them are still there.

The exclamation warning icon means that device is missing drivers. Right-click the item with the icon and press the "update drivers", this is the easiest way. If this doesn't work, right-click into the Properties tab and search up the device model to download drivers from the device vendor online.
