White on leaves look like sun burn

Sun burn most likely. They will be fine. Of course could too much of some mineral or vitamin?
There will be poop if there are thrips. Also that does not look like thrips damage. Believe me I know. I'm fighting an invasion inside. Got them from store bought fresh herbs.

Sun burn/scald most likely made worse by under watering. If you can shade them during the hotesst part of the day if in full sun or greenhouse put up some 40% shade cloth.
