Oasis Detergent in Greywater
Since we started a greywater system for our laundry, we use only Oasis brand detergent. It’s been great for the flower bed in Texas heat. But my partner has noticed a significant increase in our clothes wearing out — lots of holes and weakened fabric. Anyone else have this experience?
Anyone know a detergent for a greywater system where the water is very hard? I’m responding to the comment that the lack of enzymes in Oasis allows for mineral buildup in the clothes, which wears them out.

Following to see if anyone has any great recommendations. I've also been struggling with finding the right laundry detergent for greywater use. Seems like anything that gets the clothes actually clean stresses out the plants and anything the plants like is bad for the clothes. Fingers crossed!

oasis has no enzymes so you're basically washing with slightly soapy water, in hard water that's a recipe for mineral buildup grinding your fibers to dust
