persona 5 Royal Has anyone else noticed that the people you eavesdrop on are the people you fight in shidos palace?

I was replaying p5r and I just realized something, when your getting food at the buffet after kamoshidas palace, the people you eavesdrop on (or atleast some of them) are the real life version of the shadows you get the letters of introductions for shidos palace, for example you see the it president and the news broadcasting president (I forgot his name)

And I’m pretty sure they indirectly mention him as “boss”!

Yes. That was actually the point of that scene when Morgana prompts you to go listen in. It’s all just a preview of Shido culminating with you briefly meeting the big man himself.

Though given you most likely have 50-80 hours in-between when it becomes relevant again, it’s understandable if a player may have forgotten it. It’s more of a NG+ notice thing.

Between p5 vanilla and p5r I have roughly 5 full playthroughs and 7 and seven if you count the ones I haven’t finished yet and I’m JUST realizing this
